Labour are using your personal data to target you and people like you – all to compete for votes. You have a legal right to stop them. By completing this form you will exercise your legal right to demand that:
- Labour cough up all the data they have on you
- They stop processing your data
And if they ignore you, there will be consequences. If they don’t stop, together we can take them to court.
Take action now to fight for transparency and integrity in this election and beyond.
What will happen if I take this action?
By completing this form, you will send an email to the Data Protection Officer at the Labour Party, with two requests:
- A Data Subject Access Request, or DSAR, where you tell them to send you all the data they have on you
- A demand to stop processing your personal data, which you have the right to do under data law
What will happen next?
- 🆔 The Labour Party may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by showing them your ID.
- ⏰ They then have 30 days to respond to your data request.
- ⚖️ If they ignore your request, there will be consequences. We may be able to take them to court.
We’ll keep in touch with you every step of the way to help you hold Labour to account on how they use your personal data.
